QOA inc. is an ASQ ConnEx affiliated organization that schedules and conducts ASQ Certified training programs as an ASQ licensed Subject Matter Expert and Instructor. QOA provides a world-class training and consulting programs that is targeted to help all levels organizations and individual professionals achieve their Quality growth.

QOA also provides consulting services that helps organizations to identify the main drivers of their Cost of Poor Quality and work with the organizations to address, mitigate, or eliminate the drivers of their Cost of Poor Quality. QOA Subject Matter Expects are seasoned professional with over 10 years of professional experience and certified in multiple Quality disciplines such as Certified Reliability Engineering, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence, and Certified Supplier Quality Professional.
